    Pros

Had the best manager while working there. Flexible hours. A lot of work to do. A good place to learn for your first job. Insurance plan and pension benefits.

    Cons

Tense relationship between union and management makes the job a lot harder than needed in life. No possibility for professional development. No vision and inhuman top management from division. No budget for projects and old school mentality from national director. Pay was low compared to diploma and experience.

    Advice to Management

Be human. Hire managers and director with a heart. Get rid of the parasites. Unlock budget for projects, it is highly needed !!!!
