      Pros

Networking, working with fabulous people, if you stay at camp, someone changes your sheets every week and cleans your own person bathroom

      Cons

Management could be more friendly, food at camp is not delicious, and only 2 return trips during 4-month work term.

      Pros

The savings plan is actually phenomenal. Benefits arent the best but still decent.

      Cons

Camp is in very poor condition. Most of the time we can smell the human waste leaking from the container throughout the entire camp. Meals are always extremely bare/limited and awful. Heavily restricted recreational abilities. Awful bonus structure that is well below industry average. No wage increases or cost of living increases for as we are told company survival. Very, very poor training and asset management. Last con would be hearing upper level managements claim to no layoffs as "we'll make their lives so miserable they'll just quit."
