      Pros

      Every employee is part of the team. Every part of the operation acted as a part of a greater whole. As a student, I was given many of my own projects to oversee while also having support from the other employees. Questions are encouraged and the work environment allowed me to gain hands on experience in a variety of different areas.

      Unable to choose the area I worked in. Assigned an area.

      No Layoffs. Good team work environment. Every employee does make a difference.
