    Pros

    The core purpose is in everybody's hard, you are never bored there are somebody things to participant on and the place works like a FTSE 100 company. The atmosphere is very professional and it is always looking for ways to improve and change.

    It is a political environment, you might be out of job if you are supporting the wrong side of the argument .

    Cruk give shops no support They just want want want Every time expecting targets to be reached and endless fund raising They don't quite understand what it's like working in the shops Very poor pay with very high expectations
