Everything except the schedule. There are a lot of fake smiles and even more stabs in the back. The entire district is corrupted. So either play the game or be outcasted.

Cons
Leadership and HR. This job is great for people who like the minimum and do not want to be involved. The decision-makers have been there for so long and run the district based on antiquated business models. The heads of departments do not embrace innovation or forward-progress. Only work here if you plan to contribute minimum work and you are not looking for real opportunity or career advancement within the district.
