      I have been working here for more than 3 years. Great place to work, perfect work life balance and pay you well. The kind/quality of projects is very good and the company also treats the employees well with goodies, parties etc. The senior management is transparent and approachable

      If you need a work where you can pass all your day on long morning breakfast & lazy afternoon lunch this would be a apple on a pie for you ,

      1. long term HR guys who stays there for a century builds a cobweb of politics against the new incumbent, 2. people make groups within a small meagre team of 4 to 5 people 3. If you want to work individually others will badmouth about you to your subordinates 4. The entire company is running on 2 projects to be precise & people snatch jobs from each other like a musical chair 5. Senior management is worst & dont know about change management or any other best practices 6. If you dont lick them they can fire you in a very political way at anytime. Think thrice before you join this trash can

      This is clearly a review that is driven by some frustration and the comments are at odds with the generally favorable feedback that we receive on this forum. The firm has a large number of projects with a wide range of clients across the financial services sector, and this continues to grow and expand, spearheaded by our senior leaders who have a wealth of experience, including change management. If the firm is required to manage any terminations, we will always do so in a way that is respectful of the people involved, compliant with relevant standards and legislation, reflective of good HR management and practice, and with an opportunity for an individual affected to appeal if they believe there is any unfairness. Capco applies all the standards that people would expect in a global employer of choice, and we have a variety of mechanisms in place for people to raise and discuss any issues, so these can be properly investigated and managed.

      - Company Profile: Capco is placed as a above reliable consulting company with the biggest of the names in capital Market domain, - Roles: In line with the positioning, the roles that come by are also equally good. We have some of the ideal roles for a consultant- as a Business Analyst cum Project Managers for leading investment Banks. - Career Growth: Capco is a meritocracy based company. If someone performs well, they get rewarded commensurately in terms of promotions and compensation revisions. - Flat Organization: You can get an appointment with someone in Senior Management on short notice and go and discuss with him/her on some of the ideas you have or any specific aspects that you need management attention on.

      - Support Processes : Being a relatively smaller firm, the support processes like Travel and Transport desk, Claims management etc are more manually managed . This might seem a little less efficient for someone who has been previously associated with large firms that have invested heavily in automating support processes, That said, this does not come to light in your daily walk of life with Capco since one needs to get in to support processes only sporadically.

      Pros

      I have been with Capco for 3 years now, it’s a great place to work. People are highly approachable and easy to work with. If you are passionate for your work, you get good visibility across various groups. Career path and goals are well defined for everyone to achieve. Senior Management is approachable and positive to feedbacks. Capco also provides flexibility at various places which makes it very convenient and great place to work for.

      1. Excellent Training programs for self development. Both on functional and soft skills. Also FIS programs are offered. 2. Work culture that provides you adequate opportunities to learn, unlearn and grow. 3. Mentors who provide excellent insights for your career progression. 4. More importantly, awesome bunch of colleagues who are approachable and have an open mind to assist. 5. Planned and periodic interaction with the senior management who keep you posted of where the organization is heading, opportunities available and other aspects. 6. Open door policy. 6. Employee feedback/suggestions for improvement is considered, discussed and implemented via the People Forum in which very importantly there is adequate representation across the board. 7. Super awesome quarterly parties. 8. Door to door cab facility. One of the highlights. 9. A fruit a day. 10. Work life balance.

      Cons

      1. If you are based in India and looking for proper consulting opportunities, Capco is not really the place to be at. 2. Expectation set in terms of financials and actuals were not aligned (atleast for the previous year) 3. Workspace is good. But the lighting is a little depressing. Should be more brighter. 4. Secured bays all through the office makes it feel a little congested.
