I worked at Capgemini full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Flexible hours. -Good people, both as professionals and as humans.

    Cons

-It's consulting so you will rarely work at something you are passionate about. -Related to the first point, I had to be very proactive to get tasks I was interested in. -There was no real motivation to keep working there, all the people around me had been hired for their current positions and weren't going up in the company, so of course that meant most people move on eventually.

I have been working at Capgemini full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It is a good company which provides service to other companies like Hewlett Packard, Vueling or Banc Sabadell among others. It is easy to get in, they accept very different profiles without having experience in SWQA. The atmosphere with your colleges and the managers is very warm and easy

    Cons

It is quite difficult to grow into the company in terms of salary. You will have to develop your path by yourself, because there is not a lot of training. After a while, and if you want to continue growing professionally, it's wiser to look for other companies.
