Pros
Capgemini is a great place to work and the culture puts employee very much at the center alongside the client interest. People greatly matter as in the motto and that's what the company breathes in and out. This has proved time and again but most visibly during the covid-19 crisis. There are excellent opportunities in re-skilling oneself in either technology domain or a particular role - all available using the leading MOOCs and in-house programs such as EM , LEAD and other initiatives. Ample client exposure via onsite opportunities where feasible and off-shore cross-role functioning.
Cons
Evolved over time via acquisitions so sometimes the different cultural flavors that each one brought in play a role in hampering progression. Compensation yet to catch up with the Industry best esp. for the multi-talented and still uses monocular to evaluate.
