Don't join capgemini especially banking and capital - Integrated Data Management Services ( IDMS) account. They have lost the cloud transformation business as client has taken it in house. Their technology team is also not doing well. So don't join.

Don't join capgemini especially IDMS process in banking and capital market as they have lost most of their business and if they are trying to hire, it's only to backfill. The technologies they work on is also outdated as client has taken most projects in-house. I am joining another captive bank now but I have seen so many people leaving in last 3-4 months . Some of the senior managers and senior consultant also left.

TCS has the worst HRs i have ever seen . They don't respond after the tech round at all. Last time also my tech round was really good and they asked me to upload documents and then ghosted with no response at all. The same thing is happening now. Hello Tech Sharks, I was selected as a fresher during campus placements in my current organization. I was trained on Mulesoft (Integration) and have been working in this tech stack for 3-3.5 years. I am looking for a switch , not just my organization but also my tech stack. Data Science and Analytics interest me. Please suggest how do people switch tech stacks in their professional career.
