I have been into Capita software for more than 3+ years. Pros I noticed are : 1. Good work life balance 2. Organize events like Hackathon 3. Good for learning more stuff about .Net (Most of projects are based on .Net technology) 4. Policy are good 5. Complete salary is fixed 6. Good work from home policy

1. Notice period of 3 months 2. Transportation facility needs to be improved 3 . Most projects are driven on offshore but key decisions are mostly taken by UK teams 4. Working Hrs policy seems like of service based company . Need to comply more than 8.5 hrs per day

Good work personal life balance. Work from home culture is implemented successfully. Management motivates team/individual to self groom, upskill as per the latest trending technology

Since its product company the maximum team size for a particular area may be comparatively small as compared to any Service based firm

1. Cab facility worst I have seen in my career, no management at all, should have a new vender 2. HR are the worst ever seen in my life.. they are always taking managers side. Offer letter shared over mail I think they should have formal process n it should be in pdf 3. Limited projects n no new clients I have seen in last 2 years.. as they have very old product and selling the same which no one wants to take. 4. People enjoying top position from long time, I think new people should replace them for better growth. 5. Hired so many people but they lack the space and no laptop for new people n they are struggling .. should have proper management 6. Limited parking if you come office late u won't get space. 7.only 2-3 HR behind 300+ people which looks frustrated all time. 8. If you need to configure anything on system, you need to do own. No process..from configuring mail to all u have to do it. 9.I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's like going to hell as they do not have any process. 10. All cybage employees moving to capita... Don't understand d reason may. Be close to each other

I worked there for nearly 4 months. No lie in the beginning i was enjoying it during the training period and the 2-3 weeks after the training but they said they had to send us home after training and grad bi week. I told them i can’t work from home as i had personal issues but they denied it but the worst thing was the hours. 10-7/10-8 every day for 5 days a week were so much to deal with as there was no social life. It was so hard to even take a day off which we had to book in advance from our annual leave:/ no flexibility and have to take back to back calls. Money was good but not worth it for me as it was affecting my mental health. I guess people that enjoy talking to people on the phone and don’t mind long hours would be able to do it. Also DID NOT GET PAID FOR THE FINAL WEEK I WORKED!!! I’m still trying to chase them up for it:/

you work out the daily norm is ok. Employee experience is important, workplace culture - medium other aspects of the work were not evaluated - short work period
