HR holds the incremental letter and salary for 3 months from date of promotion This mal-practice makes the employee frustrated and they hold the employee Management gives false hopes for better increment / promotion No transperancy to management decisions

I have been into Capita software for more than 3+ years. Pros I noticed are : 1. Good work life balance 2. Organize events like Hackathon 3. Good for learning more stuff about .Net (Most of projects are based on .Net technology) 4. Policy are good 5. Complete salary is fixed 6. Good work from home policy

1. Notice period of 3 months 2. Transportation facility needs to be improved 3 . Most projects are driven on offshore but key decisions are mostly taken by UK teams 4. Working Hrs policy seems like of service based company . Need to comply more than 8.5 hrs per day

Good work life balance UK travel opportunities frequency Management is friendly in some projects No Micro management Good Team parties and HR activities. If your a immediate joiner(5-10 days) then they will hire you without taking interview.

Very few people are technically strong Performance or productivity is not measured much here, if your good in buttering your stakeholders Sometimes makes you feel like a Govt company Most of the managers never take stand for their teams. Junior Managers are true devotees of Senior managers. If your a Lead or contact person then none of your escalations are taken seriously. Notice period is full 90 days, and managers don't compromise even for 1 day of losing their billing.
