    I worked at Capital One full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    It's a world class bank which provides world class banking services to its customers. I am really impressed with with working with it.

    Cons

    There are some downside to this bank as well because loopholes are everywhere.

        Medical, 401K Benefits. Career Advancements. Tuition Reimbursement.

        Cons

        Company has gone down hill. All about cutting corners to benefit the company's pockets, even it includes employee benefits and/or false promises. No place to move up unless it regards favoritism, not even for internship opportunities or if your numbers exceed expectations. False promises for employee support and culture.         Consider taking action in the values, career opportunities and advancements your company promotes. Be transparent and honest with business etiquette and not based on favoritism. More laid back on metrics and be present in employee talent and work performance for advancement and not on who you like most.         That I do not work here

        Cons

        They are very racist when it comes to positions and promotions. They make up positions so blacks can’t get promoted or even get a job. I put out referrals for friends and they were denied within 6 hours of posting their application.
