-“Normal” working hours - no late nights -Usually quiet
Cons
-Only 30 min break for any shift under 12h -Micro-managing every employee -Care more about business than employees -As a keyholder you only get ‘management wage’ for hours that you are actually in charge, if there is a senior management on a shift with you, you only get paid minimum wage, but you are still expected to keep an eye on other employees, finding things to do, pretty much managers jobs

Ludicrous workload, terrible pay, little to no support from area management, absolutely no recognition for the amount of work staff out into the store - unless you’re one of the area managers favourites.
