        I worked at Cardone Industries

        Pros

Benefits are fairly decent but have been scaling them back.

        Cons

Company has been in a sharp decline for several years now. Toxic work environment and it starts at the very top. There is a reason it has a bad reputation. Read the reviews and do yourself and your career a favor by not working here.

        Advice to Management

Sell the business while there is still a business to sell. Hire a qualified CEO. Time for amateur hour to end.

        Pros

        Unfortunately none at this point.

        Cons

Where do I begin. This used to be a company of high integrity and values. That no longer exists here. The sad fact is there is an immense amount of potential but it has all been squandered by terrible leadership at the top. Advice to Management

Put aside your egos and pride and do the right thing morally and ethically. It is your job to educate the CEO and I feel as though no one speaks the truth which in the end will sink the ship.
