    Good work place.
    No time restrictions
    Clients with good requirements

    Cons

    Very less package for level 1 employees
    No incentives
    No time for 1 year if joining
    No variable pay
    No growth in company as per managers and supervisors who are there for many years.
    No facilities like food card and cab, they are provided by deduction in your salary.

    Advice to Management

    Level 1 employees who work hard to keep up the revenue of the company are very important. Try to respect their work and encourage them by giving incentives.

    Nothing to say much about this company.

    - No Work life Balance
    - Worst office politics & Backstabbing
    - Senior among work politics and show their anger on employees/coworkers
    - Jealous among coworkers
    - Micromanagement, please show yourself you are poor among the workers you work with
    - Dont be too close with people you work and dont add them in social network.
    - Always be alert - when you move the coin
    - Dont trust anyone near you - you work with.
    - Poor HR Management and when someone leave your company ask what is really happend in the exit interview.
    - No proper exit formalities

    Advice to Management

    - Stop ruining people's life.
    - Please be respect to your employees and if you are not going to do with the people you hire, please reject them in the interview.

    Team members were good. There are more Cons than Pros. So I am left out of words for Pros.

    In Chennai office
    * No work life balance
    * Micromanagement
    * Did not offer the promised CTC.
    * Too much deduction in CTC.
    * No retention because of this.
    * Partiality towards employees.
    * Alternate Saturdays working. Some times all Saturdays.
    * No freedom.
    * MORE THAN 10+ HOURS WORK. EVERYDAY.
    * Employees leave due to pressure. My whole team left.

    Pros

    Management is approachable , If you are capable than sky is the limit , you get all the support to work independently without interference , you can grow really fast if you are aligned to the organization goals , Cab and cafeteria facility is amazing , the company is a really good platform to start as a fresher and experience the corporate life.

    Not a negative feedback but all Saturday's off will really increase the productivity.

    Very well aligned company , can increase the productivity further if more company activity happens.
