Company policies and ethics are very strict and good.

Cons

There is not flexibility of work timings. Just like in school days they monitor our log hours and will have one on one meetings for the same. Some of the Policies are beneficial only to the management but not for the employees. Stressful environment, terrible culture and lack of diversity No annual bonus, even if the company is doing good ,hikes will not be good. Their main focus is on cost cutting. No transport facility. No flexibility for female engineers. Notice period is 3months which can be reduced.

Pros

There is so much exciting work to be grabbed and delivered here, that people who script their success can excel here.

All the Cons I see here are opportunities to be utilized.

1. I was not allowed to take sick leave, they expired. It could be a problem with specific manager 2. More result orient management 3. Manager cannot be trusted 4. HR also not cooperative 5. The employees who have resigned are treated very bad. It is not a good strategy to stop attrition
