Pros

Carvana is a very unique place to work. The benefits are amazing and co workers truly care about each other.

Cons

Company needs to relearn the values. There are several managers who are cutthroat and only care about themselves. I sat on edge everyday for months thinking I was going to lose my job. It’s not a good feeling.

Pros

Pay is very good for the area. Management is the best I’ve ever seen, from the very top down to immediate supervisors. The work is very interesting and constantly challenging.

I love the spirit of customer service at Carvana. 99.9% of Carvana employees care about their customers, and as an extension, Carvana. I am an "older" employee, and formerly worked at an exectutive lever, and honestly l love going to work every day Carvana.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company we're suffering from some growing pains. But, Carvana's leadership is willing to listen to suggestions, and is always working to improve the organization.

Pros

Benefits were great (100% company paid health insurance for employees and it is great health insurance, and really affordable dental and vision and everything else and it is all excellent)

Cons

Pay was terrible Also, in Tolleson, so it is in the middle of nowhere.
