This is the worst company ever ! Like many have already said here, this is SWEAT SHOP. They just expect you to work, work and work and nothing else. There is no work life balance, and if you have you a young family, forget it.. Do not join this company if you are looking to have any family life. They expect you to work long hours and even if you come in by 8am and leave by 6pm, it does not matter because the parking lot of still 90% full. There is lot of politics and favoritism especially in the marketing organization. The company has very poor culture . The HR probably knows what is going on but has no real power to fix things.

Hire good people then embarrass them publicly with simple-minded tirades. As expected, culture is based on fear. All the free lunches and niceties like ping pong tables can't overcome such behavior.
