Apparently reputed organisation. Fancy job titles, Promise of a good salary.

1. False promises. They claim to be a rapidly growing company with hundred crores of turnover but they always used to delay salaries by months. In lockdown, they didn't bother to pay to most employees. 2. They have zero knowledge of Business Development in the digital age, they want to be like Byju's but they don't know how to manage even trivial tasks. No vision, no ethics... Their CEO lacks basic leadership qualities and just want to be validated as a great personality and "genuis" by everyone. 3. The employees and directors are highly insecure and just bootlick the CEO. For any work to be done or any trivial thing also, employees have to keep guessing the "mood" of the ceo. Nothing gets done. 4. The office has no infrastructure. New joinees are not even allotted proper seats and they themselves have to figure things out. Be prepared for dust, spider webs and dirty unhygienic toilets. There is no proper hygienic place to have lunch also. The use of smartphones are not allowed, internet banking is discouraged. 5. They have no proper HR practices at place. You will be fined if you arrive even a minute late to office but there is no leaving time and no leaves and holidays. Even national holidays are working. 6. Many employees are incompetent with no exposure and knowledge and they will frown upon any task given to them untill the ceo himself tells them to do something. The CEO is extremely flaky who will say one thing and then completely opposite thing the next moment. 7. Their mentality, thinking and methods are age old. They will make big claims before hiring but afterwards they will change completely. Zero career growth possibility. They have a shady agreement and they keep cheques of employees, they deduct 10 percent salary as security deposit every month. 8. many more points are there, but bottom line - Do not join if you want to advance your career, if you want to work in a sane environment or to have work life balance . Don't be fooled by their fake promises.

Pros

Management is very clear about it's vision and the same is downloaded seamlessly to all staff. Value people who put in hard work and are dedicated Reward and recognition

You can only work here if you are a robot or a person who can be fooled easily.

Unprofessionalism, irresponsible, do not properly respond when you're trying to discuss an issue, avoid talking to you when you want some clarification, hire people with an attractive designation name and then give lower job and change profile without notice, very long working hours, no proper break, long agreement period, uniform, no cellphones allowed, toxic work culture that will give a headache everyday and I can go on.
