I have been working at Catapult Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Catapult Systems is a great place to work. What I have found most refreshing is the respectful attitude of the company. People are professional and respectful of each other even though there may be differing views.

    Cons

401K match could definitely be better.

I worked at Catapult Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They pay every two weeks....but will not pay you in advance for having a client pre-pay for a year of service

    Cons

Anemic leadership with no clear vision of Managed Services nor Product. A technology consulting company historically with good culture and a leading presence in the market hollowed out after acquisition by the Chinese and that runs only on nepotism and kissing up to leadership. Leadership offers those on the desk little to no support, leaving them to sink or swim, and willing to cut bait at the slightest need to provide simple management support. Those who have somehow gotten themselves promoted to Management having no business being there as they cannot manage themselves out of a wet sack. Management has no skills to teach, lead or otherwise support their staff. Team member support is the only way you will have a inkling of surviving. *Do Not* trust the Company, as I was cut with no warning and days before vesting in to the mediocre 401K match program they have. Processes are cumbersome at best, requiring approvals from others above or laterally which will take days to approve, even simple changes thus putting your deal at risk. Unless you are just desperate, or a rock star consultant (not sales) in MSFT technologies, avoid at all cost.

I have been working at Catapult Systems full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Catapult has many great things going for it. I've worked here for just over six months and have enjoyed every bit of it. This is a privately owned company with no debt. The CEO is a very dynamic outgoing individual which does his absolute best to promote the Catapult culture and work ethic. The people that I work with are not only experienced and the best at what they do, but they all live the company culture of team work and collaboration. I can honestly say that I have not met anyone at this company that I did not like or would not hesitate to put in front of a client. Catapult also does a very good job of supporting its employees to ensure that they are successful. They provide ongoing training and encourage employees to seek out opportunities to learn and to grow their knowledge within their field, whether that's sales or technical. Their internal support structure also works very well and has been instrumental for me in solving problems and providing the help I have needed to be successful. One final Pro I want to add is the alignment that Catapult has with Microsoft. Catapult describes itself as "The Microsoft Services Company", and they really are. Catapult is successful because they work so closely with Microsoft in each geography they are in. This has opened doors for me with clients and has provided invaluable support from Microsoft itself in the pursuit of current and future business.

    Cons

I currently have nothing to add here a con about working at Catapult.
