I was hired in February and till date (18/11/2023) they didn’t converted me to Full Time. They hire you as a Trainee/Intern and do not convert you to Full -Time For Conversion to Full Time they ask you that you should be on project (Billable). And if One in 20 people have project then they conduct CoE Evaluation and tell you that you are not capable. Hypothetically if you achieve both ,then they say you require 70% in each subject. Overall worst company and Too much Toxic Culture.
