Pros
Secured government bank and fast promotions (only for those who can clear written and interview) Almost in every two or three year you can become eligible to give promotion exams.
Cons
Extremely poor HR policies. Work atmosphere and infrastructure is completely disgusting. They expect you to work like a private bank employee but don't provide their employees the basic infrastructure and support. Their IT team is the worst among all.
