    Pros

Work life balance, knowledgeable management at the top.

    Cons

Upper management in the department does not listen to staff’s concern even when it’s brought up constantly. Lazy and incompetent staff who stayed for too long in the company and is only there for retirement while putting in bare minimal effort. These leeches in the department led to unpropotionate workload as the hardworking staff has to offset their work for them but the management in the department is fine with that. Culture is micro managing and you have to watch out for passive aggressiveness/sabotaging.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the working level staff’s concern. Especially if it’s always brought up and there’s plenty of evidence. Working level staff are the ones doing the bulk of the work and management should try to alleviate unnecessary stress for them.
