Headquarters in Madrid with operations offices in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur. Some good technical staff. E&P business is a good size.

Cons

Weak and incompetent Spanish Management team. Data and information is not shared amongst staff. Top down dictatorial management style with inability to listen to staffs suggestions for improvement. Rude and arrogant when dealing with host governments

You get a correct salary for a Spanish fresh graduate, and the job is not exhausting

Cons

As most of Spanish large companies, things happen really slow and takes a lot of time to change.
