summer commissions are good flexible schedule my franchisee hires his own professional painters(no subs)
Cons
no benefits what so ever base salary is weak against other sales jobs, doesnt matter your experience jobs are hard to get as we are always almost double than what the competitor offers that does the same work franchisee expects you to do Project manager and commercial sales associate jobs as well with no compensation. sometimes it can take weeks to months to get commission from a job because you get paid at the end, so if you leave you don't get that commission even though you did the work

Certapro gets some nice big jobs, but hire subcontractors that are not qualified
Cons
Their subcontractors do not pay their employee's. I thought I had to protection from Certapro that I would receive my paycheck on time but a week late and I'm still getting stories and lies.
