Great clients but problematic management.
Pros
World class brands, incredible projects, fast paced so you learn quickly, specially as a graduate - they hire mostly graduates. Brutally direct feedback is given, good because you know exactly what you need to do to get the job done. XI who is the manager is excellent and an an incredible manager.
Cons
Poor management skills from some of the management lets down the company. Examples: - One day you says good morning, one day they will ignore you and not say hello - which can feel humiliating in front of your peers. - Use of foul language in professional settings. - Rotation of favourites in the workplace, creating an unhealthy environment in the work place. - An unhealthy hierarchy, where bullyish behaviour can take place. - We would work till very very late am hours on a fortnightly basis. Let's say we would see the sun come up and say good morning on the way home.
