    Some great people in the team

    Cons

    No employee development - not much practicing what they 'preach' in terms of looking after staff. Was not paid well, and before leaving found out much less junior people were being paid the same as me which was disappointing.

    Autonomous role Worked on some interesting and large scale projects Had some great talent in team (although most ended up leaving) Good variety (initially at least) Met some great people, and made some friends

    Very reactive leadership style Many changes in leadership Too much change without clear strategy/vision Lack of investment in talent Highly political culture Some staff members treated very badly High staff turnover Poor collaboration and integration between business areas Poor systems and processes Content and knowledge form previous acquisitions poorly retained Consistently prioritized profit over good quality work Increasingly poor market reputation Consultancy group not valued
