      Great student population. Supportive parents. Good salary. Small district in a big area.

      Cons

      Health insurance. Unsupportive administration. Favoritism. If you’re not a graduate from the district life is harder for you.

      I loved having the same hours as my children .

      I was often pulled from my assigned spot to substitute in classrooms, but never compensated in pay. The pay was less than a daily sub rate
