-Completely toxic work environment -Expectation is that you are always working and available even if you’re not getting paid for it, but the same isn’t expected of upper management -Focus on profit over patient experience in every single situation. -Pressure to upsell every guest even if it’s not in their best interest -Cant move your lunches or have any autonomy at all because everything is about control. -God forbid you forget to wear mascara or the wrong pair of shoes, expect to get talked to. -The only people/providers that are of value to upper management is people who are bringing in tons of money. If you aren’t crushing your unobtainable goals, you are chopped liver. -Everything is about the show. They can’t give their employees raises, but they can pay for a stupid balloon arch at every grand opening. -It doesn’t matter if we have 14 clinics if there isn’t any that are successful or providing any valuable treatments. -Absolutely minimal staff satisfaction, which is visable when you walk into the clinic and everyone looks angry. -Culture is terrible but you better fake it til you make it because culture is the only thing that anyone can ever talk about.

Work environment is toxic. Leadership is constantly changing and communication is poor - because of this, no one is ever aware of what is going on. Answers to questions are skewed based on who you ask. They put certain employees on pedestals and have most employees (the genuine ones who are not pushing unneeded treatments to patients) feeling like they don’t belong or aren’t good enough. Turn over rate is incredibly high with employees as well as patients who visit the clinic. No consistently with training because machines are often broken and trainers change roles or leave the company. Constantly expanding more clinics while the current ones are failing. Growing way faster than they can handle.
