- You are able to make a difference if you want to. - Management are openminded and open to constructive challenge. - If you put your mind to it you can progress your career. - Great benefits and some genuinely nice people to work with and learn from. - Head office is very close to Liverpool Street for commuters. - Excellent work life balance.

- Some areas of inconsistency in terms of people management by devision but I can see this is being worked on and improved. - Can be a little old fashioned at times but again this is being worked on.

Interesting job for sure, but the poor culture ruins it - The company need to really look at their hiring policies and hire the right people.

Terrible culture, genuinely at all levels everyone bickers and talks behind people's backs i've never been at a place so horrid before.
