Good pay, decent benefits, on site free medical care.
Lots of mandatory overtime, poor work/life ballance. Rules vague, with grey areas in them large enough to drive a car through. Very "buddy system" for promotions

Paid better than most jobs in the area.
There was no work/life balance. If you had good work ethic and did your job they would use and abuse you. The only way to advance was to be the favorite of any of the supervisors.

Great hourly rate plus production pay. Good benefits.
You’ll be working 60ish hours a week. Was told I’d work 4 10’s and ended up working 5 12-13 hours a day. They really only have first and second shift and the start and end times are great. You’ll make great money but you won’t have any time to enjoy it or see your family.
