    Pros

People here can experience the worst work-life balance, which will enable them to value whatever the future holds.

    Cons

The following list is an unbiased and honest perspective based on my observations from my stay at Cheers Interactive (aka FutureBridge). I hope individuals appearing for interviews make an informed decision. 1. The HR team is non-existent for all practical purposes! The standard reply to any query is we will get back to you, which they never do. Most emails are left unanswered. Those lot are a clueless bunch.... 2. The company blatantly lies about the take-home salary in the CTC Structure during joining. Actual take-home salary which is promised in the joining letter is never paid, and one is always talking to a wall when asking the company about it. There is no clarity on when it will be paid out nor does any of the concerned personnel even acknowledge one's queries. It has been almost six months since the company has started deducting the "Other Allowances" (part of take-home salary), which means if someone worked at Cheers during the period, they lost on a minimum of 20% percent of their take-home salary! This is criminal injustice on the part of the company. If this does not account for fraud, I seriously do not know what does. 3. The probation policy is ridiculous, designed only to deny paid leaves to employees for as long as possible. While one understands conducting a probation assessment for freshers, forcing experienced individuals to take these ridiculously tough assessments is downright insulting. Even though one clears the assessment in the first attempt, most often they are not confirmed until after the probation period of six months. One fails to understand the logic in that considering the questionable quality of some of the incumbent analysts, managers, and others.

I have been working at Cheers Interactive full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Cheers Interactive used to be one of the trend setter in market research industry offering excellent global services. However, now due to greed of management of the company, it is not paying its employees even proper salary.

    Cons

For the last two months, they have been deducting our Salary. CEO does not seems to care. They have told employees either to be happy with the reduced salaries or leave.

    Advice to Management

Why are you doing this with your senior employees? At least give two months of prior notification before firing, its not easy to find another job so quickly.

I worked at Cheers Interactive full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nothing.... No learning ... No growth... Only thing u can learn is politics and oiling your manager

    Cons

U can write a essay or an article in that.... The first company you will come across where you can see a decrease of your take home salary every month. They wont give you any hike but will come up with some new excuses every month to decrease your salary without any intimation or even showing the deduction in your payslip. The scenario doesnt end here, the most useless and absolutely frustrating dept is the HR dept... because they only have one answer to give you “we were not aware of it and will resolve it soon”. But you can relax n take a chill pill because it will remain unsolved till the day you leave the company. Earnest request never ever come to this company because you are getting trapped with absolutely false promises

    Pros

    - Company is growing very fast providing ample opportunities to grow for people who wants to take ownership and serious about their career - Company has started working towards defining career path for employee, identifying training needs which would help ourselves to grow - Management is serious about business and supportive to employees

    Cons

    - Need big improvement in infrastructure, place looks very congested - Hygiene factors like cleanliness, A/C, cafeteria, ergonomics should be taken care of - Though they have recently started some work around it - as of now there is system for reward and recognition to its employees

    Advice to Management

    - Senior management need to think about long term strategy and how they want to manage the growth - All work and no fun makes little sense.. take care of employees and employees will take care of business :)

I have been working at Cheers Interactive full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Good learning opportunities as the company is constantly focusing on strengthening its existing offerings, while also looking for newer avenues. Those not afraid of change are more than welcomed by the management to support and are aptly rewarded. - Experienced Management: Not all but most of the seniors are worth taking an advice from, as they bring strong experience with them. The company promotes... brainstorming at work, which has helped me a lot in learning and thinking in different ways (both on the Ops and the Sales sides) - Stable Environment and sustainability as the company has been in existence for over 17 years now and the roots of the promoters are strong enough to keep the company going. - Improving support functions: The company was earlier known for almost non-existence HR support and lax infrastructure; things are improving now as there have been some positive policy changes Overall a good and growing organization with ample opportunities for the ones who can take responsibilities; people who join for short-term may not find the company comfortable!

    Cons

    - Feedback system: Feedback is often diluted/late and not to-the-point/actionable. - Lack of long term planning and execution: Though the company is improving, I still feel that the long term planning is yet to solidify. - Infrastructure: The company is improving, but can still do much better.

    Advice to Management

    - Please be more execution-oriented than being soft on employees that don't perform as these non-performers are the ones that are mostly posting negative reviews and are spreading negativity about company! There are pockets of complacencies in the organization and these should be identified and removed as soon as possible. - Please also focus on putting stronger hiring force; it would certainly help the... business grow multi-fold.
