I worked at Cheers Interactive full-time

    Pros

I did not find any pros in working with this company

    Cons

There is not respect for the employee. The managers are only to fill their pockets by taking more and more projects. High attrition rate , almost 2 employee/month Since there are no resources to work, the manager makes you work like hell No appreciation at all for ur good work If anything goes wrong in project you are made a scapegoat for no reason Holding grudges if u point out their mistakes No positive... outlook towards new ideas & no growth at all

I have been working at Cheers Interactive full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great learning environment, growth track and enticing earning opportunities

    Cons

Low ethical compliance, "run of the mill" HR and office politics. Serious top leadership deficit especially after Ruhail Khan, SVP-Ops and BD left.He steered the Co. on its path of growth and excellence and his departure witnessed a sad exit of a steady stream of leaders.

    Advice to Management

Evolve, be apolitical and nurture competent professionals.

I have been working at Cheers Interactive full-time for more than a year

    Pros

High attrition rate. People leave for their own good.

    Cons

    1. Lack of clarity on policies - The entire company is completely clueless about standard policies. When you need something, the policy changes, their employment contracts are vaguely worded to suit their needs 2. Lack of professional behavior and code of conduct: No one answers a question asked, everyone is perpetually late, no one performs the tasks assigned to them 3. Weakest HR department : the department set up... to ensure employee rights are taken care off is the weakest link. Folks change policy when it suits them, change salaries after joining, no one ever gives you anything in writing to ensure there is no accountability 4. The top management does not have a clear vision or mission

    Pros

This company is going to teach you, how to do philanthropy. They will promise good hike during joining, but will not pay a penny stating illogical reasons.

    Cons

I don't know where to start. Cheers is world-renowned in the market research industry for workplace malpractice and wrongdoing. For starters, the company doesn't believes in communicating any darn thing to anyone, beat employees, not even HR knows anything. They are so shameless that they find reasons not to pay the employees on time. The company has very clear vision-Lets screw the employees and make money. They... keep on revising documents without your knowledge and most of the time they don't want to answer emails to avoid being documented. They're very good in lying. If inquired about any discrepancies in the working system, the answer from the management is 'Align or Resign'. Sometimes it even sounds like a threat. On the very first day, one can make out that he/she should have not joined as they can sense the negativity from older employees. There is always an air of negativity at Cheers. I cannot find one person on the floor who is driven and motivated to do their job. New joinees are not trained. Old employees are not valued. What else, everyone is unhappy overall.
