    Pros

    Nothing. The whole infrastructure is riddled with rats and cockroaches run loose in the canteen. If infections do not kill you then, having people like Haris Bhombal as a manager definitely will.

    Cons

    1) Low Pay: You will never receive variable pay. 2) No Job Security: They can fire you anytime without pay. 3) Karandeep Menghnani: Goes by 'Karan'. Stay the furthest away. 4) Bad infrastructure 5) Incompetent Managers: There are people who have stayed with the company for about a decade, simply cause no one will hire them anywhere else. Do not join this trap. The projects are drying up. Even if there was money, you will get none.

    Used to be many pros but cant think of any now. Yes you will build a habit of sticking to chair for 8 hours for 100% time in business irrespective you hv work or not

    Cons

    On the name of Utilization ppl hv to slog for min 8 hrs on screen per some softwares tracking on system. Irrespective of you have late client calls or not you have to be in office 12 - 9 pm. Give appraisals and than add few deductions without intimations. Performance based incentives not disbursed on time and its not mentioned on your offer letter as well. You cannot interact with cross teams and exchange learnings.
