To be honest, there are a lot more pros than I listed but the CEO cancels out anything good about this job. Cheetah Clean is a wonderful business because of what we offer but the company is being destroyed by CEO that will not step away and let the business flourish. All HR issues go through him which is unethical. He belittles everyone that works for the company, calls them names, tells them they are stupid and incompetent, overweight...I could go on and on forever. This man thrives on bullying his managers, DM's, HR, everyone in his path. He has no communication skills, contradicts himself with every word he says, preaches about holding yourself and your team accountable but he NEVER holds himself accountable and places blame on everyone in his path. He pulls you in with a decent salary or hourly rate and then torments you every single day. This man is pure evil.
