Pros
90/80 work schedule, appreciation for 'work-life' balance.
Cons
Some older full-time employees do little or nothing, while consultants and younger employees have to make up for it and are held responsible when things go wrong. Layoffs are frequent as oil and gas industry is quite volatile.

Pros
What can I say, there are none.
Cons
Sexism is very prevalent. They mostly hire white males for top positions. Their salaries are also not very high compared to other oil and gas companies.
