        Pros

The pay and retirement benefits are as high as one would expect from a large oil company. Two weeks of vacation for the first five years.

        Cons

The rotating 12 hour shifts are hard to deal with especially when you add in all the overtime you have to work. I worked 60-72 hours per week on average for 3 years. Seniority dominates the culture at Chevron.
