      Pros

      China Telecom Global base in Singapore is a relatively small office with great culture and team morale. The local management provides a supportive role and acts as a bridge to the head office based in Hong Kong.

      Cons

      System and internal process very dated. Internal stakeholders back at the headquarter can be at times rather closed minded and hard to liaise with. As a sales, there are unneccesary complicated internal competitions e.g. within China, carriers etc.
