    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Christ University full-time

    Pros

    I really cannot say anything

    Cons

I had bad experience going to Christ, The Admin team are utter creep.
They are so unprofessional and arrogant, they only know to charge fee for anything you ask for and make you walk ten times. Even in Government sector we find basic etiquette. They ask the outsiders, students and the Ex students to follow the "protocol", Wherein the Admin team need not follow, the called "Protocol".
Too much of ego for the person who sits in the central block, They treat the outsiders really bad, at-least we expect some basic respect. Too much of attitude when any query is been asked. They don't respond to the phone calls, nor interested to talk.
And hopeless communication - Please learn how to communicate!!!
I pity the students and the faculties.

    Advice to Management

Management has to look into these issues. Only for this reason, I would not recommend this college to anyone.
The Administrative department has to get some basic training.

I have been working at Christ University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Huge scope for creative initatives, and a lot of resources in the college to help you.
    - The organization and structure in terms of schedules and processes are impeccable. The activities for a whole year are specified beforehand, and followed almost 100%
    - Very friendly group of people, both the faculty and students.

    Cons

    - Too many deadlines to meet, for both students and teachers. Even as a faculty, your schedules and tasks are controlled and specified, similar to that of the students.
    - Too many levels of hierarchy, chances are that you would find your self isolated in the system.
    - The pay for research assistants and associates is not very good, for the projects initiated by the college. They have a cap on the maximum pay which may not suit many people.

    Advice to Management

No comments. Christ has been one place which has been continuously changing for the best over the years, and I am sure this place will only get better with time. They are seriously dedicated to excellence and it really shows.
