Infrastructure 5/5 Top notch infrastructure. No complaints there. Salary 5/5 They follow UGC grade pay. So if you on paper fall under a certain pay grade, they will pay that grade. Also, the salary is paid always on time.

Workload You are overloaded with so much work you rarely get time for yourself System The system is very rigid and not considerate. Everything is very strict giving you a feel of a convent school. Location Terrible location. But the management doesn't care about that factor. They expect everyone to move to Ghaziabad and they often used that reasoning when someone complains about getting late or the roads being terrible. No concept of free period You must engage all the classes assigned to you. In case you are taking a holiday or leave, you must exchange or make arrangements for the classes assigned to you. So at the end of the end, taking holidays is adding more stress as you need to compensate for the classes lost after you come back. Ridiculous! Students The students are always under pressure and you are expected to do the same. That is the worst part of working there.
