pay is decent have medical insurance for family and parents

1) This is like a consultancy . Every time you need to clear interview to get deployed to project, which would be 1-2 technical rounds 2) As per project requirements one has to go to client site , office or WFH . same applies to working hours 3) Once you are on bench , you are on high risk of getting fired 4) Its possible that you clear client round , join ciklum and later project gets cancelled 5) Just like any other company HR doesn't respond . They don't care how urgent the matter is . Can say the same thing about any other department (IT , payroll etc.)

Pros

Ciklum is operating in many countries, recently they are setting up their offices in India. The HR support partners Diamond pick and lthe newly appointed Heads of India were kicking employees without any proper reason.

Ciklum in other countries are really good.

No processes for organization daily routine, sometimes it is hard to understand how to sell you vacation for example. You need ask a lot of people trying to find proper person.
