Pros
Amazing work culture with great perks. Bangalore campus is just woww. Work life balance is really good, there is always scope for learning with lot many training’s offered throughout one’s stay. Flexible work hours and lots of Wfh. Attrition is less at Cisco for all the above said reasons and no surprises that it tops the list for “Best place to work for”.
Cons
LR - Even though a few BUs are lucky to be not impacted (like the one I am in), employees do have a fear waiting for their turn. Growth - Promotions are not to easy get, although not true for everyone.

Very bad insurance policy (You don't believe cisco just think now days as take it if u need like that , even small companies will give a better insurance plan for you, you just spend 3-4 hr weekly to followup if u have claims ) 2. Not a place to learn for fresher (you will just learn people management , not the tech ) 3. Mostly work independently and team bonding is very less
