For Blue Badge employees, there's all kind of benefits, starting from Money, medical benefits, work from home expenses, bonus, training, etc For Red badge, the only benefit I see is the type of the work (only applicable for TAC). There's no difference of work between a red badge and a blue badge employee. Both do the same type of Job. I will recommend only to join as blue baege employee because there is no guarantee you will get converted from red to blue

Cons

I would run out of words here with the number of challenges there is for Red badge Employees. -No investment -No training -No benefits -No salary hike -No more conversion from red to blue. They have only decided henceforth to hire only red badge. -no proper training for Red badge employee. They will train only for a week or two and then put you directly for work. When my colleague complained about this, cisco terminated his contract and it resulted in his firing.
