Pros
Been an employee for more than 4 years. Employee friendly place to work. Managers and technical folks are very friendly. Very relaxed environment to work in general. Very supportive on the the work from home part.
Cons
Some teams/onsite folks can make work a bit hectic. A lot of code base is very old, so once you have learned most functionality nothing to improve upon. No pressure from the management to migrate to a newer/better tech stack. As all products are in house products no real customer feedback. Most of the releases happen during weekends.

1.no pros. ok perks 50 thousand more than what you will get by other offer. 2. no training, worst induction program i ever seen. 3.infrastructure is good but the machines are worst only 60 Gb hard disk that includes your os, n other software within month you run out of space. 4. work from home
Cons
1. configuring your machine environment takes 2 months no help from others. 2. sometimes you need to wait almost 2 months to get required software's n managers keep asking for deliveries. 3. The onsite counter part in no mood to help in KT feels job insecurity. 4. Majorly support work don't join such company who tells lies before joining n then change stance. 5. Fake positions- vice president & presidents do coding here lol :P 6. work from home is not facility its burden you will or allow to use only when you working out of office hours. 7. No leave in cash or transfer of leaves to next year. 8. hard work in terms sitting in office u r good in managers book if u sit 12 hours in company though you have no work. 9. No intra day trading allowed by employee for others also you need to take approval of your manager.
