5 Jun 2023 - OfficerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Great work culture, camaraderie between colleagues is excellent - Transparency between employees and management is pretty good - Compensation and hikes are well beyond market standards
Cons
- Being a banking institution, slow growth in technology - still relies heavily on legacy technologies - Work location flexibility is non-existent. Need to work strictly from the assigned work location. No remote working option.

Pros
Multiple opportunities to learn.. good payand work culture
Cons
Rigid rules by management in the company
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
There is no pros I can think of other than plenty leaves.
Cons
1. You can't disagree with your boss. If you do, it would back fire and you would miss your promotion, Hikes, etc. 2. Dirty politics all around. 3. If something fails, you will be blamed and you are expected to blame your junior and so on so forth. 4. HR has almost no power. Your voice will be unheard. 5. Senior managers have literally no work and hence they are busy in micro management. When do you come and how much time you spend on lunch, when do you leave...etc... all ate noticed. 6. Closed culture. In meetings, only boss has right to speak and you are supposed to nod in all his views. If you provide a better solution in front of everyone, he would get offended. And then your boss will call you for one an one meeting and explain that don't dare to cut your boss publicly. They proudly say it is a citi culture and sooner you learn, sooner you would grow.

Better than IT Services, but worst among Banking Captives
13 Apr 2023 - Manager in PuneRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Flexible Work timings, WFH, ~20 holidays and many Leaves, no swipe in/out etc in fact time sheet / attendance and leave systems are not connected/synchronized :) Compensation is all fixed with ad-hoc yearly bonus. CTC is better than Service companies, but hikes are very poor.
Cons
Yearly Bonus is pathetic....lick to get it Mostly stone age technologies and support projects Can't move across projects or teams...in fact can't breathe without the consent of manager...no freedom of expression or speech No career progression or decent hike if you are not part of your manager's community or cartel No intranet portal (it is not an IT company) Senior Managers started their career in this Org and not capable to switch, so they don't know the outside world/industry. No Onsite opportunity Work Life balance depends on the project Hiring may happen for some technology, but eventually need to work on Excel sheets
