Pros
CNB provides numerous tools and resources to enhance a colleague's career. They also provide, mentorship opportunities and encourage everyone to have a learners mindset, continued education and the ability to branch out to new career opportunities if need be. A company who is committed to the betterment of its employees is a company that will retain the best talent, such as myself. The bank not only values our hard work, but also our opinions and suggestions on how to improve things.
Cons
Strives in technology are a bit slow, but the effort is being made with some great improvements coming in the near future.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at City National Bank full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Made some great connections overtime
Cons
Technology is extremely outdated, compared to competitors... online banking is always a headache for clients, especially initial setup. Processes are a lot of manual work, seems nothing is simplified. Lots of things fall through the cracks and no one seems to ever want to take ownership. Lots of old time baby boomers (now in management positions with extreme egos) who do not adapt, understand, or welcome change. They give off a complete negative vibe (to both clients and fellow colleagues) and can be a complete nightmare to work with.
