no pros in this company they are fraud. And there is only one policy hire and fire

After hiring you they will assign you with multiple task and after one week they will force you to resign from your post and will also refrain from providing you any compensation. lots and lots of internal politics very bad work culture

The team I was placed on delegated me real work to help them with. Having to balance the work given to me could be difficult at times for at the same time, I had to stay coordinated with the others. However, everyone I worked with was willing to help and very friendly. The company culture is wonderful, the employees generally seem happy to be working there! I think the energy of the environment drove everyone to do their best, at least for me it did!

I found this company to be fast growing, flexible in term of work culture, caring talent,appreciating hard work in terms of increment and providing postion. Unlike other R and D industries here Scientist are cooperative and ready to share their ideas and knowledge.

Team building and work culture is good.
Cons
No transportation facilities, No food facility , and lack of other perks. And annoying Shift planning, Most important as per company rule 2nd and 4th Saturday was week off but after joining u get rarely Every time they have sort of excuses to cancel your week off.
