Pros
Large contracts and contacts existing to listed companies, employees at same level work quite well with each other. Strategies for success can be developed within the team.
Cons
Working environment absolutely terrible, everybody wants to please the CEO who decides everything by himself. Puts lots and lots of pressure on every employee in the front office
