      Pros

Good company that affords lots of opportunity for employees. There are some very intelligent people in the company who have worked their way up the ladder very quickly, are very personable and do a great job. Company affords lots of opportunity. Pays well, good benefits and offers some flexibility.

      Cons

Central functions think they own the show. They are lacking in people skills. In my opinion they are immature, cliquey and don't behave in a professional manner befitting of such a sizeable company. A real shame. The training and onboarding is atrocious. Teach yourself and don't dare ask questions. Expect everyone to talk about everyone in a negative way, share salary details and ride rough shod over any ideas.

      Pros

in general good benefits and they tend to pay higher salaries because they know they have a bad reputation on the market very good work/life balance

      Cons

hierarchy at its highest: it's all about having the right title, otherwise you will be doing boring stuff and left behind annoyingly security policy for everything (you cannot even take a screenshot with the company phone) poor top managers in Credit Risk worst IT ever: open a ticket and nobody will ever respond to you

      Pros

Great work life balance for an FS company Good benefits Very flat structure - lots of access to senior leadership and a focus on innovation Has a 'small company' feel but with the benefits of working for a larger organisation (Free fruit, drinks trolley Fridays etc) Good at recognition e.g. employees of the month, birthday and thank you cards, Christmas presents etc Good bonuses

      Cons

Technology / systems are a bit behind the curve (it's so complicated to process expenses that I generally don't bother!)
