The founders are great leaders, the impact the company is having is really starting to show on a global scale which is exciting to see. Senior Leadership are a team of rock stars! Work / Life balance is great, never been docked a sick day, never had an issue going to a doctors appointment or similar during working hours, management is great at scheduling around conflicts (even if they aren't from work meetings). Remote work has never been an issue. Hardware is great, everything I need to do my job. No complaints
