codewave has flexible timings and offers freedom to learn new things and grow as an employee.the Codewave Leadership Cafe gives an oppurtunity to express one's views and thoughts.Employees are given top protioty in the company.It was surprising when I first came to company for interview I was asked If I had lunch or not by one of the founders and was made comfortable in every way.During my interview process I was given a task to solve and was interviewed by a couple of managers and team leads .My experience so far with Codewave has been positive.

Recommended place for an individual who wants to be on his toe's learning new technologies. Being a services company, Codewave makes sure it has the right client's working along with them. The culture here is very unique. The peer comfort with the clients is one of the main pros why anyone will enjoy working here. There is a good entrepreneurial spirit with a combination of self motivated people in the company.
